2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases

• Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, role, country or site concerned, and message content. This data is used to answer your request and follow it up. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and the legitimate interest of INTIREALITY SOLUTIONS in answering enquiries.
• Meeting booking (cal.intireality.com, a service hosted by INTIREALITY SOLUTIONS): name, email address, chosen time slot and information entered. This data is used to organise the meeting. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
• Abuse protection: the form uses ALTCHA, a verification computed in your browser, with no cookie and no third-party service. Technical connection data (IP address, date and time) is used for website security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Customers and prospects: business contact details of our contacts (name, role, email address, phone number) and correspondence. This data is used to prepare quotations, perform orders, invoice and present INTIREALITY SOLUTIONS offers. Legal bases: performance of the contract, legal accounting obligations and legitimate interest.

3. Recipients

The data is accessible only to authorised staff of INTIREALITY SOLUTIONS. It is hosted by OVH SAS, which also provides email services, on servers located in the European Union. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

The website pages load an icon font from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com). Your IP address is then sent to Google, which may process it outside the European Union. No other data is transferred outside the European Union.

5. Retention periods

• Contact requests, meetings and prospects: three years from the last contact.
• Customers: duration of the business relationship, then five years.
• Accounting records: ten years.
• Technical connection logs: twelve months at most.

6. Cookies

The website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It uses only strictly necessary cookies, which do not require your consent:

• NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose. Session cookie, deleted when you close your browser.
• Meeting booking: when you open the booking module, it may set technical cookies needed for the booking.

If non-essential cookies were added, for example to measure audience, your consent would be requested beforehand.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, including for direct marketing, and to data portability, as well as the right to give instructions on its use after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@intireality.com or to the registered office of INTIREALITY SOLUTIONS. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.

8. Security

The website is available only over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to authorised staff and protected by authentication.
